Yuri Andrade Souza

He holds a degree in Medicine from the Federal University of Bahia (1998).

He did his Medical Residency in Neurosurgery at Hospital São José da Santa Casa de Misericórdia in Porto Alegre, RS.

He was a Clinical and Research Fellow at the University of Toronto between 2003 and 2005 in Functional Neurosurgery, Radiosurgery and Neurointensive care.

He was a Neurosurgery Clinical Fellow at the University of Western Ontario in Epilepsy and Functional neurosurgery between 2005 and 2006, London, Canada.

He has been a member of the Brazilian Society of Neurosurgery since 2003.

He is currently Chief of Neurosurgery at Hospital São Rafael, Bahia, since 2013.
